supportHaving a SchoolSite means having the peace-of-mind that you have an expert Technical Team on standby if you need help. (Like the AA, but for your website rather than your car!)

We removed our monthly support fee and now offer a ‘Pay As You Go’ service as requsted by our customers. Some schools need no support and are happy to work with the documentation provided. Other schools prefer to have our assistance with website setup and management. Support is available at a standard hourly rate of €65 or, if you prepay for 4+ support hours, only €50 (saving you €15 p.h.). Prices exclude vat at the standard rate.

Support Tickets & FAQs

supportEvery SchoolSite has access to a Support Ticket system. On your control panel there is a tab called ‘Support’ (see image to the right). Your control panel also contains links to all of our documentation and video tutorials.

From your Support menu, you can do the following:

  • FAQs  – read Frequently Asked Questions about seting up and managing your SchoolSite.
  • Open a Support Ticket with our helpdesk.
  • View the correspondences on all your support tickets.

Our support team is online 9-5 Monday to Friday so we generally have fast response times to support tickets.
